Lormar-Innovo Company LLP, doing business as cCubed Security, was formed in 2007 when it was spun-off from Lormar Logic Company. cCubed Security designs and manufactures portable wireless video surveillance systems for construction sites, Homeland Security targets, hiking trails, and other remote locations.

Lormar Logic Company, an award-winning wireless innovator, remains the parent company of three separate divisions, police messaging, campus messaging, and deaf messaging.

The Police Cellular Messaging System™ division develops web-based text messaging systems for police departments and other governmental entities to alert off-duty personnel, via SMS (text messaging) on their cellular telephones, of Homeland Security events, natural disasters, and other off-normal events.

The Campus Messaging System™ division develops web-based text messaging systems for college, university, and other school campuses. These systems allow administrators to send bulk text messages to the cell phones of faculty, staff, or students in the event of security incidents, natural disasters, building maintenance issues, class cancellations, or any other purpose deemed acceptable by the administration.

Lormar Logic™ entered the telecommunications market in 2000 with a system that placed and received TTY phone calls for the deaf community from email pagers. Lormar Logic™ soon added web-based calling, allowing users to make real-time TTY calls through the wireless web browsers found on many PDAs and web-enabled phones. Lormar's latest offering, Instant TTY™, places TTY calls using instant messaging services. Lormar's innovations have gained widespread use, with its instant messsage relay system now being used by Hamilton Relay, Sprint, MCI, and others.

In July 2005, Lormar Logic™ was awarded the Andrew Saks Engineering Award by TDI, Inc. for outstanding engineering achievement in the area of telecommuications access.
